Which payment methods do you accept?+
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets, through a secure payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.
Where do I enter a coupon code?+
At checkout, in the Have a coupon? box above the order total. The discount is shown before you pay.
Do you reward returning customers?+
Yes, automatically when you are signed in. Once your first order is delivered, you get 5% off your 2nd order, 10% off your 3rd, 15% off your 4th and 15% off every order after that. If you also have a coupon, you get whichever saves you more.
Can I add a gift message?+
Yes. At checkout, tick This is a gift and write your message. We write it on a card and put it in the parcel.
Shipping and delivery
How much does delivery cost?+
A flat ₹60 per order. Free on orders of ₹999 or more.
When will my order arrive?+
We pack and dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 4 to 8 business days from dispatch. Enter your pincode on any product page to see the expected date for your area.
How do I track my order?+
Open your order from My orders, or from the link in your order email, and click Track your order to see every update from packing to delivery.
Returns and refunds
Can I return a product?+
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, different from what you ordered, or missing parts. See the cancellation and refund policy for details.
Can I cancel my order?+

How long does a refund take?+
Online payments are refunded to the original payment method and usually reach you within 5 to 7 business days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer.
Our jewellery
Is this real gold or silver?+
No. Our pieces are imitation (fashion) jewellery, designed to look like traditional jewellery. Each product page lists its material.
How do I care for my jewellery?+
Keep it dry and away from water, perfume, hairspray and lotions.
Put it on last when getting ready, and take it off first.
Store each piece separately in a dry box or zip pouch so pieces do not scratch each other.
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
Will the colour look exactly like the photos?+
We photograph every piece carefully, but colours can look slightly different on different screens and in different lighting.
