1. Return policy: 7 days

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their jewellery, provided the item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Items that have been customized, personalized, or made to order may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to applicable law.

2. Damaged or defective jewellery policy

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your jewellery arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Share your order details and clear photographs or an unboxing video, if available, so we can assess the issue.

After verification, we will communicate the available resolution, such as a replacement, repair, or refund, as applicable.

3. Conditions for returns

  • Jewellery must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Returns may be declined if an item shows signs of wear, misuse, alteration, or accidental damage after delivery, subject to applicable law.
  • Please obtain return instructions from our team before sending an item back.
  • Refund eligibility, return shipping costs, and processing timelines will be communicated when the return is approved.

4. How to request a return or report damage

For orders placed on this website, sign in, open the order under My orders and click Request a return. You can also contact us using the details below and provide your order number, reason for the request, and supporting photographs where relevant.

5. Products, prices and payment

  • Our products are imitation (artificial) jewellery. Gold-look and silver-look describe the finish only; items are not made of real gold, silver or precious stones unless a product page says so.
  • Colours may look slightly different on your screen than in person.
  • Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
  • Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. An order is confirmed once payment is received; you will get a confirmation email.
  • Where cash on delivery is offered, a COD charge may apply and is shown at checkout before you place the order. Please pay the courier the exact amount shown; we may cancel cash-on-delivery orders we cannot confirm, and may limit cash on delivery for customers who refuse deliveries.

6. Policy updates

Laxmi Alankar Collection reserves the right to update its policies where necessary, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights available under applicable law.

7. Governing law and disputes
